How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Listclaims Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Listclaims Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though. Listclaims Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@listclaims.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

Reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may help too.
